DONALD DUFFY
Donald Duffy was admitted to practice in 1974 as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.

Don is experienced in property law, including industrial subdivision and leasing, town planning, Gaming and Liquor law, industrial and domestic conveyancing, first mortgage lending, and wills and estate planning.

Don is the Chairman of the Pakenham Race Club, Trustee of the Pakenham Cemetery Trust, committee member of the Pakenham Agricultural and Horticultural Society, as well as lawyer to many local community organisations.

EDWIN HUME
Edwin Hume was admitted to practice in 1975 as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.

Edwin is experienced in all areas of commercial and property law, commercial litigation, probate, conveyancing, subdivision, town planning, Local Government and Aged Care Facilities.

Edwin is a former councillor and Mayor of the Cardinia Shire as well as Vice President of Minibah Adult Care, investigations officer for the West Gippsland Football League, and member of the Victorian Country Football Appeals Board.

PETER GIGLIOTTI
Peter graduated from Monash and Melbourne Universities with Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees, and was admitted to practice in 1985. He is able to appear in all State and Federal Courts, and has extensive experience in criminal law, family law, insolvency, debt recovery and debt management.

Peter has been employed by the Commonwealth Attorney-Generals Department, and has acted for the Tax Office, Telecom, Australia Post and the Defence Forces.

Peter also has extensive experience in debt recovery, having been the consultant to two established Mercantile agents and debt management organisations.
Peter is a past player and past committee member of the Noble Park Football Club.

PRISCO MINICHIELLO
Prisco heads our finance division and has 20 years commercial banking experience. Prisco has been a Manager of the Bendigo Bank at Warragul and has extensive understanding of Bank policy and financial products to assist our clients.

SANDRA KEYSERS
Sandra graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws. She was admitted to practice in 2006 having completed Articles with Duffy & Simon. Sandra also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Corporations Law.

Sandra is able to appear in all State and Federal Courts and has developed extensive experience in the area of Family Law and heads up our Family Law Division.

Prior to admission, Sandra was Company Secretary for H J Heinz Company Australia Ltd having responsibility for the company's legal and regulatory matters. Sandra has a wealth of commercial experience.

Sandra represented Victoria in netball for many years and continues to play at local club level. Sandra is also actively involved in her local community and is currently president of the Nar Nar Goon Progress Association and a committee member of the Nar Nar Goon Netball Club.

ERIN PENTON
Erin graduated from Monash Universtity with Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees and was admitted to practice in 2001.

Erin has extensive experience in visa, immigration and citizenship matters and has been registered as a migration agent since 1996 (current M.A.R.N. 0316952)

Erin has worked for global organizations over the past ten years. Her clients have included small and large domestic business, international corporations and government departments

NESSA ALEDO
Nessa is the latest addition to our team. She graduated from Bachelor of Arts (Behavioural Studies minor, Politics major) and Bachelor of Laws both from Monash University. In 2002 Nessa completed a Victorian Parliamentary Internship.

Nessa has also completed a post graduate
diploma in legal practice before being admitted to practice in 2006.
